Items ordered were fabulous and were admired by all who came to the party. Parents were so impressed by the teddy bear theme that they thought I was a professional party planner! I confessed and told them it was all thanks to The Children's Party Shop. I have awarded 4 stars as one would always like things to be a bit cheaper, but I know that this is not possible sometimes.Range of products is amazing, themes are helpful and navigation through website is easy. One comment would be to put dimensions of tablecloths on the website - not everyone likes to ring up and ask questions. I telephones the customer services and was greeted by a really happy, helpful, articulate member of staff who was able to answer my queeries fully. She also promised that my requested items would be with me in 3 days - that promise was kept. Who could ask for more?
